With sand in his eyes and boots, Sprout woke up in a strange place.
He rescued starfish by scooping them into rock pools with a chip fork. He knew a man who would always do something like this.
However he knew it would be impossible for him to shift barrel jellyfish to the sea.
The Doctor would know how to take care of this. But where was he? Maybe he was in this cave?
Sprout went deeper into the cave that was home to anemones and dryads.
He was almost completely lost to the underworld…
But the only way “up” was down.
And so he was out in the open again, meeting many creatures of all shapes and sizes…
Mycroft Holmes invited him for afternoon tea at the House of Lords…
Then things got very timey wimey.
He was drawn to this Soho location for some reason.
He hoped there’d be stars.
But this canine’s attention was drawn elsewhere…
It was a 50’s diner.
And it was this lady’s time machine.
Clara and Bill took Sprout on an excellent adventure through time and space, serving him chips…
…and encountering many beasties.
Sprout also met the Grand Moff Steven at a party. He couldn’t tell him where the Doctor was.
Sprout realised it had been a year since he met Bill…
…at her University in Bristol.
Was the Doctor still in his office?
Or in Clara’s TARDIS?
Sprout wanted to join the Doctor for one more adventure. But only time will tell.

Now you’re probably wondering why there’s been an influx of Sprout activity lately.
Well, neither he or anyone is ready to let go of the Twelfth Doctor just yet, because the Alternative Christmas Do-dah – Sprout Oddity – is coming this winter.
Watch this space…
